Grape blend: 100% Trebbiano Modenese.
Description: white, dry semi-sparkling wine, Charmat Method.
Vinification: the grapes are either hand harvested. Then, they’re stripped and crushed through the use of a soft press; the following step is the cold static sedimentation of the must. The fermentation happens at controlled temperature in order to preserve the typical smells and characteristic of a Trebbiano Modenese.
Tasting: pale straw-yellow, rich and pleasant smell the flavor is dry, harmonious.

Grapes: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara Description: red wine, sparkling wine, zero dosage – Classic Method Aging on yeasts: 26 months Vinification: our classic method is the result of great research both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The grapes, harvested by hand in small boxes, undergo a short cold maceration for 12 hours, obtaining only the highest quality must. Following the alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation, then bottled after 26 months of aging in bottle, it will follow the de-gorgement without adding liqueur d’expédition. Tasting: bright ruby red, varietal as well as territorial, high-impact aromas, notes of blackberry and currant cherries; the fruity dowry is fully manifested in a voluminous and fresh, sapid and flowing sip.
RITO Lambrusco di Sorbara D.O.P.
Grapes: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara Description: Red wine, sparkling wine, brut – Charmat method Vinification: the harvest, properly anticipated, gives the product a good acidity; a careful selection of the grapes that are softly pressed allows us to obtain the flower must; it is followed by sparkling wine, of the long Charmat type, for 5 weeks at 14/16 ° C. The tasting: coral pink color. Mineral-infused nose, a scent that opens immediately with floral and fruity notes. Fragrant and clean taste of wild rose, strawberry, raspberry and grapefruit. Pleasant finish and of the right length.
ETICHETTA BIANCA Lambrusco di Sorbara D.O.P.
Grapes: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara Description: Red wine, sparkling wine, brut – Charmat method Vinification: the grapes are harvested by hand in boxes the second decade of September and to enhance their fruity character, they undergo a short cryomaceration for 12 hours . The sparkling process takes place for 4 weeks at a controlled temperature of 14/16 ° C. Tasting: ruby red color, clear and medium intensity. Clear aroma with a wide range of suggestions of red fruits, cherry and strawberries. Excellent harmony between acidity and tannins.
MARASCONE Lambrusco di Modena D.O.P.
Grapes: 100% Lambrusco Salamino. Description: red wine, sparkling, dry-Charmat method. The vinification: the Lambrusco Salamino grapes are harvested by hand towards the end of September, beginning of October, followed by a long maceration for 5 days, after the racking the grapes are subjected to soft pressing, the obtained must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 14 / 16 ° C for about 4 weeks. Tasting: ruby red, with intense and bright nuances. The scent is deep, complex and persistent. The mouth is important, sinuous, in particular balance. Fullness on the palate, enchanted by hints of black fruits and marasca cherry nuances. The tannic texture is very fine, in harmony with a fresh acidity and a rhythmic flavor.
ETICHETTA GIALLA Lambrusco dell’Emilia IGT
Grapes: 70% Lambrusco Salamino – 30% Lambrusco di Sorbara. Description: red wine, sparkling, dry-Charmat method. The vinification: the freshly harvested grapes are destemmed and pressed at the same time, then placed inside vats where cryomaceration takes place for 24 hours. The sparkling takes place in autoclave, through the Charmat method, in medium-long times, giving the wine a fine and persistent perlage. Tasting: ruby red color with purple edges, lively foam, evanescent; vinous fragrance; fresh, harmonious and sapid flavor.
INFONDO Lambrusco di Sorbara DOP
Grapes: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara Description: red wine, dry sparkling, with natural fermentation in the bottle Vinification: it is the Lambrusco of the past, when the machinery for sparkling wine did not exist. The first fermentation from must takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refermentation takes place in the bottle with subsequent refining, maturation on its own yeasts. The tasting: ruby red with violet reflections, the wine offers floral, fruity aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries. Body and acidity are very evident and above all, in balance. The persistence is long, vigorous and harmonious in the aftertaste.
