The grape harvest, appropriately anticipated, gives to the product a good acidity. With a meticulous selections of grapes which are pressed softly just the free-run must or “mosto fiore” is used for the final product. The fermentation takes place, using the long Charmat Method for 5 weeks at a controlled temperature of 14/16° C. Coral pink. Nose with prominent minerality, a fragrance that opens immediately with floral and fruity notes. A fragrant strawberry, raspberry and grapefruit. A pleasant finish with just the right length.
